The CMS monitors homes and businesses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can receive alarm or trouble signals within seconds after a sensor is triggered.
Fast, Trained Alarm Response
Our state-of-the-art monitoring facility is staffed by highly trained SIA-certified alarm operators. When there are signs of a possible emergency, operators verify the alarm and quickly dispatch the appropriate police or fire authorities. They also contact the client with the alarm status and provide an update after the emergency has been handled.
